Marriage Renovation Therapy is designed for high capacity couples who are highly experiencing dysfunction. These couples often appear fine on the outside, but internally are navigating recurring conflict, emotional disconnection, broken trust, and unresolved relational challenges.

This service equips couples with practical skills in communication, conflict resolution, expectations, intimacy, finances, future planning, and building a strong marital foundation.

This service is educational and coaching-based. They do not constitute psychotherapy, clinical mental health counseling, or mental health treatment.​​​

OPTIONS: 

• Group Premarital Cohort: $749 per couple — 4 weeks, 8 hours total.

• Private Premarital: $999 per couple — 4 weeks, 60-minute sessions.

• Optional Mental Health Screening: $250 per couple — confidential, clinician reviewed screening questionnaires.

Whether you are a traditional family, blended family, family through adoption or fostering, all families can greatly benefit from strengthening the family bond through therapy. Whether it's individual, couple, or family counseling, we offer a variety of tools to help you achieve growth and healing. Our family therapy sessions are designed to bring you closer together as a family, helping you overcome life's obstacles and build stronger connections. We also offer parenting help and support for families to navigate the ups and downs of raising children.

Our nonclinical coaching services offer practical guidance, strategic clarity, support, practical implementation and accountability for professionals seeking meaningful growth. Counseling client who are currently being treated, cannot receive coaching and counseling by the same provider at the same time, due to dual relationship ethical restriction.

Each client will received a curated framework to help them reach their specific targeted goals with measurable steps and accountability during coaching.

Coaching Options | Online and In-person

• Discovery Session — $250 | 1 hour (Limited to one per client) 

• Foundational Growth Package | 4 - 1 hour sessions

• Pillars Package | Eight - 1 hour sessions

Sessions are 60 minutes. Coaching packages are available by consultation and are tailored to the client's unique growth areas and desired measurable goals.

Pricing and packages are determined based on specific needs discovered.

We offer individual counseling services ( EMDT, CBT, ACT & DBT ) for ages 15 and older. Our practice sees children on a case by case basis. Our clients are also able to attend session through a secured telehealth or in office - whichever is more comfortable and convenient.

Our community outreach program is a partnership we offer to many non-profit organizations at a reduced or pro-bono rate. We also use this program as a way to meet the needs of our community in ways that help educate them about mental health and raise awareness in a non-judgmental and relatable way. This program includes lunch and learns, panels, speaking engagements, workshops, conferences, and community events / health fairs.
