Meet Our Men's Mental Health Coach 

Hi I'm Coach Isom and my aim as a mental health coach is to work hand in hand with your mental health counselor in your care journey. My role is to help equip and empower our clients with proven tools that promote personal transformation and inspire them to become the person they were designed & created to be.  This is accomplished by leveraging the power of mental, emotional and relational frameworks and daily routines that build inner-confidence, accountability and consistency.  

 

As a former men's collegiate basketball coach and current leadership & character coach, I'm passionate about training and coaching men to discover the lion within; by understanding the power of emotional Intelligence, mental resilience and becoming spiritually grounded.

 

I'm a loyal and faithful Husband of almost 12 years to my beautiful wife and rib Amy and a dedicated and present father of two amazing precious children.  Stewarding my family's mission and building legacy has been a pillar and internal motivation that inspires me to grow in every season of my life.  

 

Few things about me: I value the uniqueness and beauty within cultures, I love cultural food, spoken word poetry, physical fitness and traveling to new places 

 

My Academic Credentials are the following, BSW and MSW Master's Degree from University of Texas at Arlington.  I have had the privilege to learn, grow and develop as a professional within the social work field for over 10 years.
